Description:East Asia Brand Pak-Chun Herbs Mix

Direction: Wash all ingredients with cold water thoroughly and drain. Put all ingredients together in a stock pot. You can also add pork or skinless chicken if desire. Pour 8-10 bowls (2-3 litre) of water and bring to boil. Once boiled, reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 hours. Season with salt to taste. Serves 4-5

Storage: Store in cool and dry place, away from humidity.

Ingredients:Rehmannia (18%), Changium (15%), Tuckahoe (15%), White Peony (10%), Atractylodes (13%), Angelica (13%), Ligustici Wallichii (8%), Licorice (8%).
