Description:Brother Hood Pak Kee Dong Sum Soup Stock

Directions:
Wash ingredients. Place in a pot along with pork or skinless chicken. Add 8 bowls of water, bring to boil and simmer for 2-3 hours. Add salt to taste. If using electric cooker, use 7 bowls of water, bring to boil and simmer for 4-6 hours.

Storage: Keep in dry and cool condition

Ingredients:Honey Date, Dried Yam Slice, Red Medlerberry, Astragalus Root, Dong Sum, Longan Meat.
