Wash, then put all ingredients with proportional pork or skinless chicken in an earthenware pot with 8 bowls of water and simmer for two to three hours with low heat. Ass small amount of salt to enhance the taste. If using electric cooker, simmer with 7 bowls of water for 4-6 hours on low heat.
