Recipe For Yeast Cake To Prepare Glutinous Wine:
600g glutinous rice, 2 pcs yeast cake
Cooking Directions:
Soak the glutinous rice for 6-8 hours, steam well with boiling water. Cool the steamed glutinous rice. Crush the yeast cake into small pieces and add it to the glutinous rice. Cover the glutinous rice with a cotton cloth, ferment at room temperature for 15 to 16 days.

Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.
Ingredients:Rice Flour, Water, Yeast.
