Description:To cook 14 bowls of water until it is boiling, put Tapioca ball into boiling water, stir evenly and turn off the fire after 10 minutes. Close the cover and them still for 20 minutes and add two bowls of water then turn on the fire and keep on cooking for 15 minutes then turn off the fire. Close the cover and keep them still 30 minutes, add some sugar and they are ready to be served. "Make sure to add sugar at last. It can't be cooked thoroughly if it added sugar first." It is good for summer time if is iced and winter days if hot. It is suitable for dessert or snack. A kind of economical and healthy food for all the family.
