This is a very light and refreshing dessert which is perfect for summer. The dish can be prepared well in advance and kept in refrigerator for days. Lobo presents 2 classic Chinese restaurant flavours, almond and jasmine.

Recipe: Agar Dessert Almond Flavour With Fruit Salad
1. Mix the contents of this packet with 3 cups (720ml) water.
2. Bring to the full boil. Stir continuously. Keep boiling for about 1 minute until completely dissolved.
3. Pour into moulds or shallow container and cool until set.
4. Cut into bite-sized cubes, place in a serving bowl with fruit salad or fresh fruits.

Store in a cool dry place.

Ingredients:Sugar, Non-Dairy Creamer (Glucose, Palm Kernel Oil, Sodium Caseinate (Milk)), Gelling Agent (Agar), Anti-Caking Agent (Tricalcium Phosphate), Flavouring.
