Description:Lady's Choice Alsa Gulaman (Strawberry)
Flavoured

Directions:
Dissolve contents of pouch in 1 3/4 tazas (410ml) water. (The amount of water maybe reduced for firmer Lady's Choice Also Gulaman).
Bring to a boil while stirring constantly.
Pour into mould and let cool to set. Lady's Choice Also Gulaman sets without refrigeration in 45 minutes and even faster when chilled.

To add fruits: Add fruits when prepared gulaman has thickened slightly to distribute solids better and prevent sinking to the bottom of the mould.

Makes four 1/3 cup servings.

To unmould: Loosen edges with a knife and invert mould carefully over serving dish. Shake gently, loosen further and remove mould.

Ingredients:Sugar, Gelling Agent (E407), Antioxidant (E332), Acidity Regulator (E297), Artificial Strawberry Flavour (1%), Acidity Regulator (E508, E335), Colour (E129).
