Method:
Pour 2500ml of plain water and 100g of sugar into a pot. Bring it to boil.
Pour 1 packet of Crystal Jelly Powder Stir till dissolve. Boil for 2 more minutes.
Remove from flame. Pour the jelly mix into moulds. Leave to cool and set. Once harden, cut into cubes and serve with honey or caramel syrup.

Not: Texture of jelly can be changes according to preference. Leave overnight in fridge for better taste.

Ingredients:Sugar, Carageenan, Citric Acid.
