Description:Ferns' Prawn Flavoured Balichow is an all-time favourite with Ferns' fans.
It is highly flavoured and so extremely versatile. Use as an sccompaniment to add zing to your meals, or pep up snacks and sandwiches.
Try the range of Ferns' Condiment Pastes for a touch of the exotic in your cooking.

Mix 1 part Ferns' Prawn Flavoured Balichow with 2 parts butter. Spread on savoury biscuits or squares of toast. Sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves.
Mix 1 part Balichow with 3 parts mayonnaise. Use as sauce or dip.
Butter a slice of bread. Spread with a thin later of Balichow. Cover this with another layer of seasoned mashed potato. Grate cheese over it. Cut into squares or triangles and grill till cheese melts and bread becomes slightly crisp.
