Description:Long Tang White Prawn Crackers

1. Put lard or vegetable oil in a frying pan.
2. Heat the oil to about 220C. Deep fry Prawn Crackers.
3. Wait until it floats and has expanded to its full fried size. Drain oil.

Store in a cold and dry place. Once opened, keep in an airtight container.

Ingredients:Corn Starch, Water, Prawn (Crustacean) Extract (8%), Sugar, Salt.
