Description:Eating instruction:
1. Stir-Fried Rice Cake
Heat the wok with adequate of oil, put the ingredient like shredded vegetable, pork, bamboo or mushroom in and stir-fried a while until done. Put the rice cake slices in and add some water (each water 200g rice cake need 50g). When the rice cake go soft, add condiments and stir-fried one minute for serving.
2. Rice Cake in Soup
Heat the wok with adequate of oil, put the ingredient like shredded vegetable, pork, bamboo or mushroom in and stir-fried a while until done. Put your broth into the wok (200g broth for 100g rice cake). When the broth boiled, put the rice cake in and cook 2 minutes. Add condiments for serving and your get the famous 'Ning-Bo style rice cake soup'.
