Cooking Instructions:
Soak for twenty-four hours in cold water before use. After soaking, 400g white rice cake will weigh up to about 600g.

Stir-Fried Rice Cake
Ingredients: Rice cake, pork, vegetable oil, salt
Cooking Method:
Heat some oil in a wok. Put the shredded vegetables and pork in and stir-fry until done. Put the rice cake slices in and add some water (each 500g rice cake needs 200g water). When the rice cake slices soften, add condiments and stir-fry for one more minute before serving

Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.
