Recommendatory notes on Rice Cake
Ronghe Brand rice cake is as white as a lily and cut into slices of uniform thinness. After soaking in water, it becomes tough and soft. It may be fried in oil or cooked at a simmer as you like. Meanwhile, you may sweeten it with sugar or enrich it with delicious ingredients.
When it is roasted deeply into a hot iron pot, it forms popped ricecake, savoury and crisp. Our rice cake is indeed a favourable dish either for entertainment or for home meal.

Soaking Rice Cake: Should be soaked in water, before cooking for 12 hours in summer of 16-20 hours in winter. Soaking may be prolonged to 5-7 days if complete softness is desired. In this case water should be renewed daily.

In regards to ingredients, you may have a great variety to choose from. Use pork, vegetable or sugar at your option.
