Preparation Instructions:
1. Rinse rice gently in cold water twice for 2 to 3 minutes each time and dispose of water.
2. Add fresh water to rice (ratio of 1.2 parts water to 1 part rice) and soak rice for 20 minutes.
3. Cook in rice cooker as normal in accordance with cooker instructions.
4. Once rice is cooked, keep lid on for 20 minutes, allowing the cooked rice to rest.
5. Prior to serving, loosen rice by folding and stirring movements to create fluffiness.

Store in a cool dry place.
