Description:Suki Sushi Rice

Preparation:
Cook 3 cups of rice with 3 cups of water.
Prepare vinegar for sushi: Mix 6 tablespoons rice vinegar, ½ tablespoon sugar and ¼ tablespoon of salt. Put the hot rice in a bowl, pour the vinegar for sushi on the rice while stirring with a wooden spatula. Then cool the rice using a fan or by other similar means. Cover the rice with a damp cloth until ready to use.

Store in a cool, dry place.
