Description:Tanjila Basmati Rice "the fragrant one" has become the World's most sought-after rice because of its alluring perfume, delicate flavour and easy preparation. The cooked grains are firm and fluffy making it the perfect accompaniment for spicy foods, curries, sauces and casseroles.

Traditional Cooking Method:
Bring a large pan of water to boil. Add ½ to 1 teaspoon of salt (optional). When boiling, add rice, return water to boil and stir well. Lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain the rice and allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
