Thank you for purchasing Eurostar Kintaro Gold sushi rice. Kintaro sushi rice is a tasty white rice, carefully milled and perfect for use in sushi/oriental dishes. To ensure great flavour, wash the rice thoroughly and then add sufficient water for cooking 1-1.5 cups of water for 1 cup rice. For best results soak for 30 mins before cooking. Suitable for electric rice cooker and hob cooking.

Store in a cool dry place.
