Description:Sambal Ikan Bilis Chilli Paste

Cooking Instructions:
Deep fry 300g ikan bilis (anchovy) until crispy and set aside. Heat Sambal Ikan Bilis Paste and add to the fried ikan bilis. This sambal can be used as a sauce for nasi lemak or just as a hot sauce for BBQ meat. It has a sweet taste that goes well with cooked meat.

Storage Condition: Store any unused portions in refrigerator.
