Description:Little Nyonya Curry Laksa Paste
A creamy aromatic Singapore style curry paste

Cooking Instructions:
Add 500ml water to Curry Laksa Paste and bring to boil. Using this soup add in chunks of chicken and boil until chicken is fully cooked. Remove chicken from Laksa soup, let it cool before cutting into smaller pieces. Do the same with prawns if required. To serve, boil yellow egg noodle (Hokkien Noodle), Rice Vermicelli (Mai Fun) and beanshoot and put into a suitable bowl. Top with boiled chicken meat, prawn meat, fish cakes and clams if required. Fill bowl with Laksa soup and garnish with chopped spring onion and fried shallot. If egg noodles and beanshoot are not available, boiled instant noodle and any vegetable that is easily available of in season can be used.

Storage Condition: store any unused portions in refrigerator.
