Spicy Beef Coco (Serves 4-6)
A full jar Ayam curry paste for beef rendang
200 ml Ayam coconut milk
600-800g beef in slices
3 potatoes
1 sliced onion
Fresh coriander leaves

1. In a pan, heat some oil and fry the sliced onion, then add the meat and pan-fry for 5 min
2. Pour the glass jar of curry rendang paste, stir-fry it over high hear for 5 min
3. Reduce the heat, add coconut, add potatoes sliced, cover and simmer until the meat is tender

To have a less spicy taste, add more coconut milk or water.
