Description:Recipe: Masala Fried Fish
Ingredients:
1/2 kg filleted fish, 100g yoghurt, 2-3 tsp Ferns' Garam Masala Paste (to taste), 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp garlic paste, salt to taste, lemon juice to taste, 2 tbsp chickpea flour (besan), oil for frying.

Method:
Cut fish into 1/2" thick slices. Mix well all the remaining ingredients to make a marinade. Apply to fish and allow to marinate for al teast 1 hour. Dip fish in besan. Shallow fry the coated fish slices in a pan and serve hot.
Ingredients:Chilli Powder, Coriander, Vinegar, Cloves, Cumin Seed, Bay Leaf, Mixed Spices, Turmeric, Salt, Cinnamon Powder, Pepper Powder, Sesame Seed, Sesame Oil.
