Instruction
1. Stir-fry 50 grams of Green Curry Paste with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Add 1 cup (200 grams) thick coconut milk. Fry over low heat till oil droplets form. Add 200 grams meat cut into bite sized pieces. Fry till meat is cooked.
2. Add 1½ cups (300 grams) eggplants or bamboo shoot.
3. Season with 1 tablespoon fish sauce. 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 kaffir lime leaves, 1 cut spur chilli and 15 grams sweet basil leaves.

Please seal and refrigerate after opening.

Please store in cool dry place.
