Description:Kaeng Som contains many kinds of herbs. It has a sour, sweet and salty taste. Its taste is not too spicy. Usually Kaeng Som is cooked with fish and vegetables, which is good for health.

No Artificial Colour or Flavour. No Preservatives. No MSG. Authentic Thai Cuisine.

Preparation (Serves 5):
100g Maesri's Kaeng Som Curry Paste, 600-800g fish, 1 kg long bean or preferred vegetable, 2-2.5 cups tamarind juice, 3 tbsp fish sauce

Cooking Instructions:
Clean and cut fish into 2" pieces
1. Boil fish until cooked. Blend 1/3 of cooked fish (select only its meat) with 1 pack of Maesri's Kaeng Som Curry Paste
2. Boil 10 cups of water and mix with the mixture from No. 1, stirring for a few minutes then add fresh vegetable
3. Add tamarind juice and fish sauce. Adjust the taste as you prefer. The taste of Kaeng Som Soup should be sour and salty
4. Add the rest of the cooked fish and boil for further 5 minutes. Ready to serve
Ingredients:Dried Red Chilli (39%), Shallot (30%), Salt (13%), Sugar (13%), Tamarind Juice (5%).
