Description:Laila Mild Curry Paste

Mild Curry Paste is the cornerstone of North Indian Cuisine. Out Laila Mild Curry Paste is made using a traditional recipe to provide a rich, creamy base for many dishes such as chicken, lamb, beef and vegetable curry bringing you an authentic taste of India.

For best cooking results:
Spoon Yoghurt, ginger & salt over meat and roast in the oven at 400F (200C) for about 45 minutes. Transfer to platter and tent with foil, let stand for 10 minutes. Pour Laila Mild Curry Paste into a saucepan and bring to boil over medium heat. Add cream crushed saffron and butter, cooking just until each is melted. Pour sauce over meat and garnish with coriander.

Store in cool dry place.
