Serving Suggestion (Serves 5):
1. Boil 1 cup coconut milk in a wok, put 6 tbsp (100g) of Maesri's Panang Curry Paste. Stir well, gradually pour 2 cups of coconut milk over medium heat
2. Stir continuously until oil appears on top (about 10 minutes) watching not to burn
3. Stir 1 kg chicken or beef in a wok until tender. Add 1 cup of coconut milk. Stir until sauce smooth
4. Add 2 tbsp fish sauce. Garnish with minced kaffir lime leaves and fresh chilli.

Use dry and clean spoon, seal lid tightly and refrigerate after opening.
