Cooking Instructions (Serves 6-8):
1. Mix 1 packet of Tean's Gourmet Paste for Fish Curry into 500ml (2 cups) of water. Bring to boil.
2. Add in 500g of fish (or other seafood), cover lid to simmer unde rmedium heat for 8-10 minutes.
3. Add in 3 lady's fingers (okra), 1 tomato (cut to preferred size) and 1 piece of onion (diced), then continue to cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.

Store in a cool dry place, refrigerate once opened.

May contain crustacean products.
