Description:Tom yum soup is a very popular Thai dish. It is popular for its hot and sour taste. Tom yum contains many kinds of herbs, which is very good for health.

Preparation (Serves 2):
100g Maesri's Tom Yum Paste, 2 cups water, 200g shrimp or chicken, 100g mushroom, Coriander for garnishing

Cooking Instructions:
1. Put 2 tbsp of Maesri's Tom Yum Paste into 2 cups of boiling water
2. Add shrimp or other meat and add 100g of mushroom. Stir until cooked
3. If prefer rich soup, add 3 tbsp of evaporated milk
4. Sprinkle with coriander
