Description:Samui Vegan Panang Curry Paste (Mild)
Perfect Curry Everytime

2 tbsp Samui Panang Curry Paste
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/2 can Samui Coconut Milk (200ml)
200g Green Peas
150g Vegan Meat of Choice or Hard Tofu
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Palm Sugar
Lime Leaves and Red Chilli (to garnish).

1. Heat up the vegetable oil in a cooking pan at medium high heat.
2. Add 2 tbsp Panang curry paste into the pan stir for half a minute.
3. Add 1/2 can of coconut milk into the pan and bring to a boil.
4. Add green peas and vegan meat of choice or tofu and stir fry until well cooked.
5. Season to taste with salt and palm sugar.
6. Garnish with fresh chilli and lime leaves (optional) and serve with rice. Serves 2.

Store in a cool, dry place.
Refrigerate after opening.
