Description:Samui Vegan Yellow Curry Paste (Mild)
Perfect Curry Everytime

Ingredients
2 tbsp Samui Yellow Curry Paste
1 can Samui Coconut Milk (400ml)
2lb Vegan Meat of Choice or Hard Tofu
2 Large potatoes, peeled and cut into large cubes
2 Carrots, peeled and cur into large pieces
1 Yellow onion, chopped
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Palm Sugar
Parsley Leaves and Red Chilli (to garnish).

Directions:
1. In a soup post, bring 1/2 can of Samui Coconut Milk to a boil.
2. Add Samui Yellow Curry Paste and simmer until curry paste is dissolved and fragrant.
3. Add remaining coconut milk, potatoes and carrot into the curry.
4. Stir well and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
5. Add vegan meat of choice and yellow onion. Stir until all ingredients are coated with curry mixture. Cover and simmer 15 minutes ot until potatoes are tender and vegan meat is cooked through.
6. Season to taste with the salt and palm sugar.
7. Garnish with parsley leaves and red chilli (optional) and serve with rice. Serves 2.

Store in a cool, dry place.
Refrigerate after opening.
Ingredients:Lemongrass, Onion, Salt, Red Chilli (7%), Garlic, Curry Powder, Galangal, Ginger, Spices (Turmeric Powder, Coriander Seed, Cumin), Acidity Regulator (Citric).
