This popular "Kimchi Stir-Fried Rice" dish is stir-fried with a well-blended spice paste made up of red chilli pepper, kimchi flavouring and soya sauce. This quick and tasty dish can be found in most Korean restaurants.

Korean Kimchi Stir-Fried Rice (Serves 3)
1 packet Asian Home Gourmet Korean Kimchi Stir-Fried Rice SpicePaste
2 tbsp vegetable oil
500g (2 1/2 cups) cooked rice
100g sliced or ground meat (chicken or beef)
50g Chinese cabbage or fermented cabbage (kimchi) or carrots, cut into thin strips
1 small onion, cut into bite sized pieces
Chopped spring onion and white or black sesame seeds as garnish

1. Heat oil in a non-stick wok on medium heat
2. Add onion, meat and vegetables; stir-fry for 2 minutes or until cooked
3. Add rice and spice paste, stir-fry for 2 minutes. Garnish and serve hot

Store in cool, dry place.
