Great taste made with Australian peanuts

For years, people throughout Asia have enjoyed the delicious combination of peanuts, chillies and spices that make a satay sauce. This AYAM Satay Sauce is ideal for salad dressing or can be used as dipping sauce with plenty of fresh vegetables.

No Artificial Flavouring. No Artificial Preservatives. No Added MSG.

Serving Suggestions:
- Heat gently and use as a dipping sauce
- Heat (do not boil) and use to spice up grilled chicken, meat, vegetables or fish

Malaysian Fruit Salad Rojak (Serves 4):
Prep. time 10 min
½ AYAM glass jar of dipping and dressing satay sauce
1 tbsp sambal oelek (chilli paste)
1 tbsp thick tamarind paste or can be replaced by vinegar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp palm sugar or brown sugar
1 cucumber
2 green apples
1 unripe mango
2 cups of fresh pineapple

Cooking Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the vegetables and fruits
2. Combine in a big bowl, chilli paste, tamarind paste, oyster sauce, sugar and stir to mix thoroughly
3. Add diced fruits and stir
4. Sprinkle with satay sauce on top before serving
