Sunday tomato Fried Rice
Ingredients:
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp onion, chopped
2 tbsp bell pepper, chopped
6-8 pcs shrimp, peeled, de-veined and with tail on
8-10 pcs mussel, pre-boiled, half shelled
8-10 pcs clam, pre-boiled, half shelled
1 pc squid, cleaned
3 cups cooked rice
1 pack Hunt's Tomato Sauce With LycoFiber 250g
2 pcs hard boiled egg, sliced

Procedure:
1. Heat butter, then saute onion and bell pepper. Add in shrimps, mussels, clams and squid and cook halfway.
2. Mix in rice and Hunt's Tomato Sauce With LycoFiber. Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
3. Place in a plate and garnish with hard boiled eggs.

Makes 5-7 servings.
