Vegetarian Stir Fry Sauce

Preparation: Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in hot water for 15 minutes. Drain and slice. Heat some oil, saute shiitake mushrooms with cut vegetables of your choice. Add Vegetarian Stir Fry Sauce, a bit of water and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve on top of blanched shanghai cabbage.

Refrigerate after opening.
