Description:Lee Kum Kee (LKK) Ma Po Tofu Stir Fry Sauce (Sichuan Style)
A ready stir-fry sauce for the classic Sichuan dish 'Ma Po Tofu'. Made with fermented soybean paste, Sichuan Peppercorns, chilli and sesame, it presents a fragrant, spicy and savoury flavour. Also great for other Sichuan stir-fried dishes. Mild numbness that comes from the Sichuan peppercorn known in Chinese as 'Ma'.

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Serves: 2 servings

Just Add:
90g minced pork (or vegan meat)
300g tofu, diced
1 Tbsp oil
1 pack of Ma Po Tofu Stir Fry Sauce

Also great with chicken, mushroom or other vegetables.

1. Stir-fry minced pork in 1 tbsp oil until done.
2. Add M Po Tofu Stir Fry Sauce and mix well, then add in tofu.
3. Cook over low heat, simmer until tofu are hot and sauce thickens before serve.

Store in cool dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
Ingredients:Water, Fermented Soybean Paste (Water, Salt, Soybean, Wheat Flour, Salted Chilli Peppers (Chilli Peppers (80%), Salt) (17%), Sugar, Tomato Paste, Sesame Oil, Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Soybeans, Wheat Flour), Sesame Seed Paste, Sichuan Peppers (2%), Modified Corn Starch, Dehydrated Garlic, Acid (Lactic Acid).
