Description:HDL Sauce for Double Cooked Meat

Cooking Method:
1, Put the meat into the pot, add water (cover the meat), some ginger slices, sections of spring onion, wine and boil for 20-25 minutes. Remove the meat form the pot and let it cold. Cut into slices and set aside.
2. Pour some oil into the pot, add the pork belly slices, ginger and fry for 1-2 minutes. Drain the excess oil.
3. Add the Sauce for Double Cooked Meat, spring onion sections and garlic sprouts. The dishes is ready to serve after cooked.

Storage Condition: Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Keep refrigerated after opening the package.
