A secret blend of soybean paste and soy sauce, this sauce is rich with a pleasing sweetness to help you prepare the authentic Peking style shredded pork and leek easily.

Shredded Pork in Peking Style (Serves 4):
Ingredients:
Pork 300g (shredded), leek 150g (shredded), ginger 2 slices, 1 pack Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Shredded Pork In Peking style (60g)
Procedures:
1. Saute ginger in 2 tbsp oil, stir in pork and cook until done
2. Stir in leek, Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Shredded Pork In Peking Style and heat through

Also good for duck meat, beef fillet, lamb fillet

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
