Description:HDL Kung Pao Cooking Sauce
Seasoning For Kung Pao Chicken

Cooking Instructions (1-3 persons)
Preparation:
Kung Pao Chicken Sauce
300g chicken, diced into 2cm cube
80g vegetables (diced carrots)

Cooking Steps:
1. Add 5g starch, 1 tsp of cooking wine, 1g salt and 1g black pepper into diced chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Heat 3 tbsp of oil to 170C; add diced chicken; cook it for 1 minute and set it aside.
3. Add 1 tsp of oil to the pot; add chopped ginger, garlic and carrots and stir fry for 1 minute; add this product and chicken and cook it thoroughly and then serve.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
