Description:Qinma roasting roosters seasoning, with a traditional formula, combining with modern technological process, strictly produces it according to the requirements of HACCP system. Put 250-300g of oil into a pot and heat till about 100C, put the 1-1.5kg of chicken to stir-fry till full dehydration, add the seasoning and fry with slow fire, pour proper water to cook until well done.
