Description:HDL Seasoning For Sour Soup With Beef

Cooking Instructions:
1. Sour Soup With Beef Slices: Take enoki mushroom and bean sprouts of 100g each, blanch in boiled water, drain and spread them on the bottom of a bowl; add oil to the pot and fry some garlic and pepper, add this packet and 600ml of water, bring to boil; add 250g of thin beef slices, then bring them to boil again; pour the cooked ingredients into the bowl with blanched bean sprout and enoki mushroom.
2. Sour Soup With Fish Slices: Add 500-600ml of water and this packet to the pot and bring to boil; then add about 500g of the prepared thin fish fillet, boil it again and enjoy.
3. Sour Soup With Noodles: Add some water (broth is better) to the pot, boil it and add the noodles, add this seasoning after the noodles been cooked, mix well, cook for 1-2 minutes before getting them out of the pot; sprinkle some chopped spring onion for better taste. The same applies to rice noodles, instant noodles, etc.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 1 week.
