Description:HDL Seasoning For Sweet & Sour Pork

Cooking Instructions:
1. Preparation
Cut 200g of pork tenderloin into 1.5cm cubes, then use the tip of knife to scoring each cube to half way, add 2g of salt, 1g of white pepper, 7ml cooking wine, 35ml water, 45g starch, 13ml cooking oil and 1 egg white, mix it well. Wash and cut 45g of green pepper, 40g red pepper and 60g yellow pepper into 3cm pieces for later use.
2. Making
Add 500ml cooking oil into the pot and heat it to about 170C. Fry and stir the tenderloin in batches until it turns to golden brown. Then fry the tenderloin again at 170C for 30 seconds and remove from the oil. Fry the prepped pepper pieces for 20 seconds, remove from the oil again. Reserve about 20ml of oil int he pot, add this packet and stir-fry for 30 seconds until bubbles are formed. Finally, add back the fried meat and pepper pieces and stir fry them evenly, serve and enjoy the dish.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 1 week.
Ingredients:Water, Sugar, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Pineapple Juice From Concentrate, Vinegar (Water, Rice), Thickener (Acetylated Distarch Adipate, Xanthan Gum), Tomato Puree, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrates, Citric Acid, Malic Acid), Salt, Yeast Extract, Orange Juice, Flavouring, Spices.
