Sweet And Spicy Hot Plate Bean Curd Prawn Cooking Method (Serves 2-3):
1. Deep-fry 110g sliced egg beancurd (tofu) till golden brown. Set aside egg beancurd. Pour away oil
2. Stir-fry onion in 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil on medium high heat. Add 80g prawn (butterfly cut) and stir-fry till half cooked
3. Add 2 1/3 tbsp water, Prima Taste pack and deep-fried egg beancurd. Mix well
4. Add 1 tsp potato starch (mixed with 2 tsp water) and egg. Stir-fry till gravy thickens
Add onion and tomato for a tastier dish
