Thai Kaffir Lime Leaf & Basil Sauce
This tangy sauce is ideal added to stir fry dishes using poultry and seafood with broccoli, baby corn and red or green peppers. Serve with rice or noodles.

Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan, add 350g of beef/chicken cut into strips and saute over moderate heat for 5 minutes.
2. Add Thai Kaffir Lime Leaf & Basil Sauce and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer uncovered over low to moderate heat for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Always check that the dish is piping hot before serving.
