Description:Kanokwan Tom Kha Paste
Medium-spicy soup with the taste of coconut milk and galangal.

Rich and Spicy. The taste you can experience from the secret recipes by Mr. Kanok and Mrs. Wan, the known Thai food specialties for over 30 years. Their cooking recipes is legendary, as all the ingredients are generously and carefully selected in each manufacturing step, making the food you cook have a savoury taste.

Follow Mr. Kanok and Mrs. Wan's direction:
Boil coconut milk (1 cup/240ml). Add Kanokwan Tom Kha Paste.
Add meat and simmer until it is cooked.
Add water (1 cup/240ml) and simmer until meat is tender.
Add coconut milk (1 cup/240ml) and mushrooms. Bring to a boil. Add additional seasonings to taste.

Store in cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated.

Ingredients:Salt, Galangal, Kaffir Lime Powder, Sugar, Palm Oil, Lemongrass, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Flavour Enhancer (E621).
