Description:Lobo Yum Yentafo Sauce
No preservatives added.

Recipe: Yentafo Spicy Salad (for 2 servings)
Ong Choy (aka water spinach), seafood e.g. shrimp, fish, squid or fish balls, parboiled and set aside.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Pour Yum Yentafo Sauce over the mixture. Toss well with spoon and fork. Then, place on a platter and serve.

Yentafo Soup (for 1 serving)
Directions: Place cooked rice noodles, parboiled Ong Choy (aka winter spinach), shrimp, squid, fish balls, fried garlic and fried tofu cubes in a bowl. Pour Yum Yentafo Sauce over the mixture. Follow with 1 cup of boilng water (200-220ml).

Storage in cool dry place.
Ingredients:Sugar, Red Fermented Soybean Curd, Pickled Chilli, Water, Garlic, Tomato Paste, Vinegar, Coriander Root, Lime Juice, Fish Sauce (Anchovy Extract, Salt, Sugar), Thickener (Hydroxypropyl Distarch Phosphate (E1442), Soy Sauce (Soybean, Wheat, Salt), Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid (E330), Ascorbic Acid (E300)), Flavouring (Natural Flavour) Paprika Powder, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum (E415).
