Kikkoman Soy Sauce is naturally brewed like fine wine. A traditional and delicate process that takes months. Only selected ingredients are used to produce a pure, subtle savoury taste, which is totally different from non-brewed soy sauces.

Sashimi Salad With Local Style Sashimi Sauce
Ingredients:
Fish for sashimi and a favourite leafy vegetable
For Sauce: Kikkoman soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, minced onions, favourite chilli or pepper
Directions:
Slice fresh fish. Tear leafy vegetables into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a plate. Mix sauce ingredients together, then dip fish to cover. Put fish on plate with leafy vegetables. Mix chilli or pepper with remaining sauce, then pour mixture over fish and vegetable. Serve.
