Description:Lee Kum Kee (LKK) Seasoned Soy Sauce For Seafood

Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce For Seafood is a ready-to-use soy sauce seasoned perfectly for steamed fish as well as other seafood. It is also an excellent condiment for rice rolls and hot pot rice.

Chinese Style Steamed Fish (Serves 4):
Put shredded ginger on fish (about 600g dried and rubbed with a little salt). Steam for 10 minutes or till done. Pour away excess liquid. Place shredded spring onion and coriander on fish. Heat oil and pour it over the fish, then add 100 ml Seasoned Soy Sauce For Seafood before serving.

Tightly close lid after use and keep refrigerated.
