This ready-to-use sweet-savoury tasting soy sauce is seasoned perfectly for oven-baked or poached salmon, as well as any steamed fish. It is also an excellent condiment for seasoning any kinds of stir-fry including vegetables, meat and noodles. Its mild sweet tasting profile offers a great dipping soy sauce for dim sum and can season up your fried rice and clay-pot rice instantly.

Chinese Style Steamed Fish (Serves 4)
Cooking Instructions:
Put shredded ginger on fish (600g dried and rubbed with a little salt). Steam for 10 minutes or till done. Pour away excess liquid. Place shredded spring onion and coriander on fish. Heat oil and pour it over the fish, then add 100 ml Seasoned Soy Sauce For Seafood before serving.
