Description:Silver Swan Special Soy Sauce

Asian Vegetable Stir-Fry (Serves 2)
Ingredients:
250g rice vermicelli noodle
1 tbsp olive or vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 pcs red bell pepper, sliced
100g sweet peas or snow peas, chopped
125g oyster mushrooms, sliced
250g bean sprouts
1/4 cup (16 tbsp) oyster sauce
1/4 cup (16 tbsp) Silver Swan soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
Cooking Instructions:
1. Cook rice vermicelli noodle and drain well. Sprinkle with a little oil and set aside
2. Heat oil in a skillet and saute garlic. Stir-fry the rest of the vegetables
3. Add the rice vermicelli noodle and season with Silver Swan soy sauce
4. Enhance the flavour with oyster sauce
5. Mix well and add sesame oil. Serve hot

Ingredients:Water, Soybean Extract (20%), Wheat, Salt, Colour (Caramel), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate).
