To make sushi rice, use 5 tablespoon (75 ml) of sushi seasoning for 2 cups (500 ml) of uncooked rice (4 cups [1000 ml] of cooked rice). Mix well while it is hot.
Sushi seasoning oil is also good as an oil free salad dressing by sprinkling it on fresh salad.

Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, consume as soon as possible.

Ingredients:Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Distilled Vinegar, Rice Vinegar With Added Water, Salt, Brown Sugar, Flavour Enhancer (E621).
