Simmered Pig Knuckle With Ginger
Clean and chop 600g pig knuckles into small pieces. Boil the pig knuckles for 30 minutes and drain. Boil 4 eggs and remove shell. Peel and clean ginger (150g). Pan-fry ginger and add Sweetened Black Rice Vinegar (500 ml) and Black Rice Vinegar (100 ml), simmer for about 1 hour. Add pig knuckles and eggs and then simmer for another 2-3 hours. Leave it and reboil after 1 day and serve.

Shake well before use
